Weatherized Shipping Policy as of January 4, 2013 until further notice

***Cold Weather Shipping Policy - As a preventative measure for all orders that contain glue and are being shipped to colder climate areas, Glimmer Body Art will be charging an additional $2.50 per heating pack needed. In addition, these shipments will be REQUIRED to be upgraded to UPS 3 Day Select Shipping. To ensure that the product is delivered within this time frame, we will ONLY be able to ship these shipments on Mondays & Tuesdays***

Shipping

Glimmer Body Art ships via UPS. Please see shipping information below.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the day they are received.
Domestic shipping can take 2-5 business days based on your shipping choice. Please note this does not include processing time.
International shipping can take 5-10 business days to arrive. This does not include time for customs clearance. See International Shipping Policies below for more information.
Shipping amounts will vary depending on the weight of items purchased and the shipping method you choose. Shipping cost includes shipping and handling. To get an estimate, click on View Cart and enter your zip code in the provided field.
Any order requiring same day shipping or pick-up will be charged a $20.00 RUSH processing fee. Please contact us as soon as the order is placed if you would like to request same day shipping or pick-up. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted.
All orders over $150.00 are shipped with signature confirmation. If you would like to waive this option please contact anami@glimmerbodyart.com.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery error you will be responsible for reshipping costs. You will be contacted when we receive the package back to our warehouse with reshipping costs. Should you choose to cancel your order a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please see cancellations below for more information.

Cancellations

a. For order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible. So long as your order has not been shipped we are happy to refund you for your purchase. If your purchase has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we receive the package back to the warehouse minus the original cost of shipping. Please take note that there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any canceled orders. Please contact us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com with the name the order was placed under and the 5 digit invoice number you received on your confirmation email. You will receive a response within 1 business day containing your RMA confirmation code for cancellation.

UPS Shipping Policies

General Information

· All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days. If your order requires Rush Processing please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our general policies for more information.

· Your tracking number will appear on your digital invoice after the order has processed. To access this log into your account and click on the date for that invoice in the My Account section.

· All UPS shipping options have guaranteed delivery dates. Ground will vary based on your location.

UPS Ground - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.

Ground shipping takes 4-5 business days depending on your location.
We recommend this option for all non-time sensitive packages.
Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

UPS 3 Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.

3 Day shipping is 3 business days in transit.
This service is not available to all zip codes.
Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

UPS 2 Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.

2 Day shipping is 2 business days in transit.
This service is not available to all zip codes.
Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

UPS Next Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.

Next Day shipping is a guaranteed 1 business day in transit after processing. We recommend this option for any time sensitive packages.
This option does not guarantee your package will ship to you overnight. Standard processing times apply.
Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

2. International Shipping

All international shipments are sent via UPS, our preferred international carrier. To request a different carrier and rates please contact anami@glimmerbodyart.com.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with available tracking information when your order ships.
Please be familiar with import regulations in your country to avoid delays. Items may be subject to duties and taxes or require special import paperwork.
Glimmer Body Art is only liable for packages while they remain in the U.S.
Please be aware that all packages ship with the full product price as declared value. This is to protect your shipment should anything happen to it in transit.
We recommend UPS Worldwide Expedited for all shipments over $200.00 as brokerage cost is included in the price. For packages shipping UPS Standard to Canada brokerage fees apply to all shipments. UPS will contact you prior to processing your shipment through customs with brokerage information.

· UPS Express

o Time in transit is 1-3 business days after processing time.

o We recommend this service for all time sensitive international packages.

o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped.

· UPS Saver

o Time in transit is 2-4 business days after processing time.

o This service is not available to all countries.

o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped.

· UPS Expedited

o Time in transit is 3-5 business days after processing time.

o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped.

3. Back ordered items

a. Due to the high volume of orders we receive some items may become unavailable before your order is filled. If this happens we will send you a Back Ordered Item notice inside your package with additional information. Your items will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they become available.

4. Returns

a. We will gladly assist you with products that were damaged during transit. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. We cannot accept any returns due to the nature of our product.

b. We do not accept exchanges.

5. Bulk Discounts

a. Bulk price / volume discounts are available for orders starting at $300 USD. Please email us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com so we can process your Volume discount code.
