Weatherized Shipping Policy as of January 4, 2013 until further notice Shipping
a. For order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible. So long as your order has not been shipped we are happy to refund you for your purchase. If your purchase has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we receive the package back to the warehouse minus the original cost of shipping. Please take note that there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any canceled orders. Please contact us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com with the name the order was placed under and the 5 digit invoice number you received on your confirmation email. You will receive a response within 1 business day containing your RMA confirmation code for cancellation. UPS Shipping Policies General Information · All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days. If your order requires Rush Processing please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our general policies for more information. · Your tracking number will appear on your digital invoice after the order has processed. To access this log into your account and click on the date for that invoice in the My Account section. · All UPS shipping options have guaranteed delivery dates. Ground will vary based on your location. UPS Ground - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.
UPS 3 Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.
UPS 2 Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.
UPS Next Day - All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.
2. International Shipping
· UPS Express o Time in transit is 1-3 business days after processing time. o We recommend this service for all time sensitive international packages. o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped. · UPS Saver o Time in transit is 2-4 business days after processing time. o This service is not available to all countries. o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped. · UPS Expedited o Time in transit is 3-5 business days after processing time. o Tracking information will be available in your account once the package has shipped.
3. Back ordered items a. Due to the high volume of orders we receive some items may become unavailable before your order is filled. If this happens we will send you a Back Ordered Item notice inside your package with additional information. Your items will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they become available.
4. Returns a. We will gladly assist you with products that were damaged during transit. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. We cannot accept any returns due to the nature of our product. b. We do not accept exchanges.
5. Bulk Discounts a. Bulk price / volume discounts are available for orders starting at $300 USD. Please email us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com so we can process your Volume discount code. |
