Ordering

• Glimmer Body Art maintains a $20.00 minimum purchase on all orders.
  

Shipping

•      Glimmer Body Art strives to deliver Quality Products at the fastest time possible.
•      Shipping amounts will vary depending on the weight of items purchased and the shipping method you chose.
•      Shipping can take 2-10 days within the US and an average of 10-15 days for international orders (Without customs delay)
•      Glimmer Body Art ships via USPS. You may email us if you have another carrier that you would like us to use for your order.
•      Returned packages due to wrong address provided or incorrect information will have additional charges due to reshipping costs.

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days in the order they are received. 
  
• Phone in orders take an average of 3-4 business days to process.  We encourage you to place all orders through our website for the fastest processing possible.
  
• Any orders requiring Same-Day processing will be charged a $20 Rush Fee.  This includes Same-Day orders placed for Pick Up at our offices.
• Orders placed for Pick Up at our Los Angeles office will be ready within 2 business days.  Please call us before picking up your order to ensure it is ready for you.
• All orders over $250.00 are shipped with signature confirmation.  If you would like to waive this service please contact us via email at lauren@glimmerbodyart.us.  You will receive an email notification within 1 business day.
  

Notification of Orders/Shipping

An email notification will be sent to you to confirm your order and as soon as the items have been shipped.  This does not apply to Back Orders.

Shipping Time for Domestic Shipments

United States Postal Service Express mail

1-2 day delivery to all U.S. States.  This service has a tracking feature.  Please note that the order will still be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped Express after processing.

United States Postal Service Priority Mail

2-3 Business days to West Coast destinations. 3-10 Business days to East Coast destinations.
This service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. By request only, we can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package.

International Orders

All international orders are processed within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email from a Glimmer representative for your shipping options and costs. If you do not get an email within 3 days kindly email us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com for your order status.  We will not send the package unless we get a confirmation email of your shipping choice. We will hold your order for 10 days and if we do not get a reply we will refund your order subject to 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Shipping costs are not included for International orders.

The time it will take for the items to reach the destination will depend on how fast the local customs will release the package. Please be familiar with regulations in your country to avoid delays. Items may be subject to duties, fee or taxes of your country. Glimmer Body Art is only responsible for the items while it is in the U.S. We will be very happy to provide you the requirements that you will need to ensure smooth delivery of your items should you need it.

Shipping Time for International Orders

Priority International mail: Takes 6-10 business days, Priority International mail does provide a label number and can be tracked but this service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. We can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package. International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available to some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured article's contents at their local Post Office.

Priority International Flat Rate Envelope: takes 6-10 business days, please note only light weight and small flat objects can be shipped in an envelope. ( stencils) This service cannot be tracked or traced and does not provide a label number. This service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. Insurance is not offered for Priority International flat rate envelopes.

Express International Mail: takes 5-6 business days. This package can be tracked and has insurance. Most recommended form of shipping for time sensitive orders.

Discounts

Bulk price / Volume Discount is available for orders starting at $300 USD. Please email us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com so we can process your Volume discount code.

Returns

We will gladly assist you on products that were damaged during transit. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. We cannot however accept any returns due to the nature of our product.

Cancellations

For order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible.  So long as your order has not been shipped we are happy to refund you for your purchase.  If your purchase has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we receive the package back to the warehouse minus the original cost of shipping.  Please take note that there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any canceled orders.  Please contact us at glimmerbodyart@gmail.com with the name the order was placed under and the 5 digit invoice number you received on your confirmation email and we will be happy to assist you.
