Payment Options:

  • Glimmer Body Art gladly accepts the following payment methods for placing orders online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
  • Minimum Order Amount: (back to top)

    • All orders have a minimum order amount of $20.00 USD.

    Damaged or Lost shipment: (back to top)

  • Glimmer body art's shipping department takes great pride in securely packaging your orders to avoid damage during transit. Once the carrier picks up your package, we trust they will deliver it to you in good condition. Glimmer Body Art cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. In the event that your package arrives damaged or does not arrive after leaving our facility, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to assist in tracking your package. If your package is marked as delivered but you never receive the package, please contact us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will arrange a replacement package only if claim has been approved by carrier. *Please note claim can take 15-30 business days* 
  • For packages that arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Take a picture of the damaged packaging and products and email them to shipping@glimmerbodyart.com or sales@glimmerbodyart.com

    • Glimmer Body Art ships via Fedex or USPS.  Please see shipping information below.
    • Orders are processed Monday-Friday 
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the day they are received. 
    • Domestic shipping can take 2-5 business days based on your shipping choice.  *Please note this does not include processing time.
    • International shipping can take 5-10 business days to arrive.  This does not include time for customs clearance.  See International Shipping Policies below for more information. *Please note this does not include processing time.
    • Shipping amounts will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the specific items purchased and the shipping method you choose.  Shipping cost includes shipping and handling. *International shipping cost does not include duties and taxes.
    • In the event you want to add to your order after it has been placed; this can be done if your package has not yet shipped. A customer service representative will add the items to your order in which an email will go out to you immediately for you pay for the additional items, including shipping (and tax if applicable). 
    • All orders over $300.00 are shipped with signature confirmation.  If you would like to waive this option please contact our office prior to ordering.
    • If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery error you will be responsible for reshipping costs.  You will be contacted when we receive the package back to our warehouse with reshipping costs.  Should you choose to cancel your order after your order has shipped a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please see cancellations below for more information.

    • For order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible.  So long as your order has not been shipped we are happy to issue a full refund you for your purchase.

    • We will gladly assist you with products that were damaged during transit. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. Other than damaged goods, we do not accept any returns due to the nature of our product.
    • We do not accept exchanges or returns.

    Gift Cards: (back to top)

    • The balance of your gift card is displayed when applied to a cart during checkout. You can also check the balance of your gift card by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email in which you originally received the gift card. 
    • Your gift card does not expire.
    • You can use your gift card over multiple orders/purchases.
    • Your gift card will also cover shipping and taxes.
    • You can use promo codes in conjunction with a gift card.

    • Promotional Codes valid only on-line at www.GlitterTattooStore.com
    • All promotional sales/codes are valid for a limited time only. Glimmer Body Art reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
    • Each promotion code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
    • Each promotion code applies only to qualifying items. Items excluded from any promotions are marked on the products on our website.
    • Each promotion code applies only to new products sold and shipped by Glimmer Body Art. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers.
    • The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
    • If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
    • The promotion code is not transferrable and may not be resold.
    • All promotional sales are final
    • Promotions may not be combined with any other offers or extra discounts; including all accounts with special discounts.
    • Limit one promotion code per customer.
    • Void where prohibited.
    • If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
    • All Promotions and Sales are not retroactive (strictly enforced).

    General Information:

    • All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.  If your order requires Rush Processing please contact us as soon as possible.  Please refer to our general policies for more information.
    • Your tracking number will appear on your digital invoice after the order has processed.
    • All FedEx shipping options have guaranteed delivery dates.  Ground will vary based on your location.

    FEDEX Ground:  (All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days)

    • Ground shipping takes 4-5 business days depending on your location.
    • We recommend this option for all non-time sensitive packages.  
    • Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed. 

    FEDEX Express Saver:  (All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days)

    • 3 Day shipping is 3 business days in transit.
    • This service is not available to all zip codes.
    • Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

    FEDEX 2 Day:  (All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days)

    • 2 Day shipping is 2 business days in transit.
    • This service is not available to all zip codes.
    • Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

    FEDEX Next Day:  (All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days)

    • Next Day shipping is a guaranteed 1 business day in transit after processing.  We recommend this option for any time sensitive packages.
    • This option does not guarantee your package will ship to you overnight.  Standard processing times apply.
    • Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed.

    International Shipping:

    • A shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you with available tracking information when your order ships.
    • Please be familiar with import regulations in your country to avoid delays.  Items may be subject to duties and taxes or require special import paperwork.
    • Glimmer Body Art is only liable for packages while they remain in the U.S.
    • Please be aware that all packages ship with the full product price as declared value. This is to protect your shipment should anything happen to it in transit.
    • International shipping cost does not include duties and taxes.

    General Information:

    • All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days.  If your order requires Rush Processing please contact us as soon as possible.  Please refer to our general policies for more information.

    • Regardless of priority service selected (1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day), delivery date is not guaranteed. (Per USPS Policy) 
    • Standard Post and First-Class service not available. We ship USPS priority only, which allows us to provide a tracking number along with a delivery window to our customers.

    USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day:  (All transit times provided are applicable after the order processing time of 1-2 business days)

    • Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. *Please note, per the policies of the USPS, these time frames are only an estimate and are not guaranteed
    • We recommend this option for all non-time sensitive packages.  
    • Tracking will appear in your account after the order has processed. 

    International Shipping:
